HHS Family Ties
Art III students used oil pastels, turpentine, and collage to create a family history composition. Students were directed to find family photos (the older the better) to create a collage in the background. They had to come up with balanced composition that including a visual flow with their self portrait as the emphasis. The goal was to have a viewer "take a ride" through their composition without any "stop signs". The students made some very memorable safe keeps.
